Omar Marzouk: You're not stupid!

Omar Marzouk leans forward in the chair in the TV-studio and stares intensely into the camera. He’s wearing relaxed clothes – sweatshirt and a black hat. “It just might be that someone thinks you’re stupid – but you’re not”.

In fact Omar Marzouk thinks dyslectics are smarter and more creative than other people – because dyslectics have to think of new ways to get around with words. In school Omar was told that his dream of becoming a writer was unreachable. Despite that he has been a professional writer and comedian for the past 12 years.
